I would like to say thank you to WWWendy and sorry that you had to become involved with this. I also want to sincerely thank everyone who has offered suggestions and support, especially Nat. It's a nice feeling to know someone has your back.

I think that they have made their position clear. I doubt that I'll be seeing a refund. It's probably time to put this behind me.

I think the suggestion that they have more information about the DVD on their website, including the run time, is a very good one. Hope they're listening.
