I'm glad that I kept it. It will be good to revisit now that I am familiar with Jeff's current work.
I have parted with dvds from time to time but rarely sets. Even if it takes years, I am shocked at how I seem to come back around to them. I often re-interpret or modify to get more use. I have to almost hate the material to part with it (Baladea was not for me at all lol).
I do have 1 set that I have never completed. I like the work but am not crazy about the instructor. I keep popping in a disc every few years but then wuss out of it. I get the feeling that if I ever complete the rotation, I'm going to chastise myself for dragging it out
In my defense, there are so many great sets that it is easy to tolerate a mental block. I recently completed my Tony Horton One one One sets (finally picked up the missing discs) after another round of P90X2 inspired me. Did Dasha's Body Series (had been avoiding do to chattiness
) and started Skogg/RKS (hips are loosening up nicely!). I caught sight of Cardio Karate, Urban Rebounding Xtreme and BBX Hardcore while digging out Skogg/RKS. And now Athlean-X is calling. As hard as it is to decide, I love my "library". I feel lucky to have the variety (esp during Covid) and there just isn't much available on DVD any more. Bonus--it doesn't cost anything now as I made the investment many years ago
