Does the size of the ball, ie Balance Ball, really matter?
I am 5' 3" and I just bought a 65 cm ball for ab work and other workouts. However I found online that shorter people should use the 55 cm ball. If you are short and use the 65 cm, do you like it, or wish you had a smaller ball? Anyone who can help with this question please post your advice. I haven't pumped the ball up, so I can return it if I need to.
