First, with the Forum:
A few of us went back and forth over continuing with hosting vBulletin on a server where someone has to manage it (apply updates, block IPs, etc. - this is how it's currently run) or using vBulletin's cloud service where they do that management. Price-wise they're comparable once you add in server cost so the decision was to move us onto the vBulletin-managed service. We will have an SSL certificate and some other security measures, but, like now, the forum will be viewable by the public, but only members can post. To move there I'm going to have to put the forum into maintenance mode so we can pull the database and not miss anything. This will have to be done in coordination with vBulletin so I can't give a specific time. If you see a maintenance message it's not a bad thing.

Second, regarding the www portion:
Now that we've got the Forum somewhat sorted out I've started the work to put the reviews into a Content Management System (CMS) after all so they can be more easily searched, managed, and updated. I just couldn’t let it fade away, which would have happened with leaving it as a legacy site. I don't think there is much PII on those (IIRC it's mainly First name, last initial), but I will clear anything more. If you have contributed a review in the past and wish to have it permanently removed please send me a PM with details and the URL and I will do so.

Static pages, such as the 100 Club, will be in the CMS as static pages and will likely only be reachable from an archives menu. I'll look to remove PII from those, too, as we move them into the CMS.

I'm working out how to wrap in the site I'd started for collecting and reviewing Streaming Fitness sites/Youtube Channels since that was requested and is the future. I also hope to expand the curated playlists I’ve started on YouTube so we can all find and contribute to them, but VF first.
