A tag search for Yoga Booty Ballet will get you to the thread I started on 02/02/13, the Ab and Butt makeover. The first reply to the original post, lists the workouts in the 4-week rotation. I tried to copy it here but erased it when I thought I was switching screens.
Anyhow, I used that rotation when I was recovering from surgery. It was a great mood booster and gentle toning.
