Push- pull- swing challenge beginning April 12th ...any other VFers participating?
It's through Lauren Brooks and has sheets to download for tracking your progress.
I'll be starting and am excited to start. Anyone else? I love these challenges because I really notice improvement in form and/or strength in the exercise even though I take longer than the challenge timeframe because I need more rest days.
