Ballet Beautiful Check-in
Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone is still doing Ballet Beautiful in 2020. I’m trying to get back to mat workouts, and I’m torn between Ballet Beautiful and Callanetics. My shoulder hurts from doing power yoga, and I’m looking for something that’s slow, yet whups my butt. I’d love some company to keep me accountable  Regards, Apeksha
