Kudos to Ellen Barrett!
Kind of a long story....
 I ordered a DVD from Ellen's site to be sent to Jackie B, we are both going to the Midwest Essentrics retreat next week. Jackie kindly agreed to bring it to me as I live in Canada & shipping is so expensive. The website said it was in stock, but I received an email from customer service saying it wasn't. When I explained my situation, they said they would mail to my Canadian address at no charge. How nice is that!
