Firm Lower Body Sculpt 1(this has 2 cardio sections: 31min)
Firm Cardio burn(CARDIO ONLY)warmup 6 min,cardio 20 minutes,stretch 3 min)
Firm Max Cardio only(about the same minutes as Cardio burn..not sure the exact time though but its under 30 minutes)
Firm 1 w/susan Harris doing aerobics one day 20 min and floorwork the next day 28 minutes...this is minus warmup/stretch)
Firm Fat Blaster(aerobics only...28 min)
Tae Bo live! 1-12 Basic workouts(30 min)
