Does anyone have any feedback on her online studio workouts? If you subscribe to her streaming service, what do you like about it and how long have you been subscribed? And, what are the differences between online studio and Metamorphosis and Continuity? I finished both 90 day programs, Metamorphosis Hipcentric and Continuity, and loved both of those. The workouts are so different from anything I've done! In the past, I rarely did mat work kind of thinking it was a waste of time since most mat workouts use light weights. But, after a couple months into Metamorphosis, I noticed my lower body slimming down and that has kept me going. Thanks for any feedback.
