What are you doing for kickboxing cardio these days?
Ilaria hasn't posted anything new that is full length, I've done Turbo Fire and Turbo Kick, Billy's stuff is stale to me now... what else is out there? Any suggestions?

Not sure if it is available commercially (though it streams, in YouTube link above), or where ... or in which set of hers it makes an appearance. I consider it cardio kickboxing. Although I am aware it's old-school. I am a relative beginner to it. And I certainly am not turned off by old school pacing or moves. Actually had never been a vidiot when it first came out

I like Susan Chung's Rapid Fires as well.
I really like Beachbody's Combat. They use very precise form and if you like Ilaria, you will probably like those. I like Cathe's later kickboxing. She has some fun ones that are Live - it may be worth the $9.99 for a month of Live to try them. It's super easy to cancel, too. She has been doing more boxing than true kickbox but there are exceptions.
