I choose other cardio than Cathe's usually, and other instructors mobility, so I'm not burning out on Cathe. This rotation includes lots of the premix options, so I really haven't burned out on the workouts! I've gotten so much stronger and my grip strength has really improved (what I'm most excited about). I think she did a great job constructing this rotation...I like it better than Cathe's! I like your rotation ideas as well! |

Just started STS 2.0, but will need to take a long break due to upcoming carpal tunnel surgery. Loving this series so far.
