What is everyone doing in February?

What is everyone doing for workouts in February?

In January, I planned to do Jessica's WS3 but after doing the first 2 workouts in a rotation, I wasn't "feeling" it so instead I chose to alternate BellyFitTV Season 1 (which I loved!), Pilates by Lisa and other strength-related workouts on alternate days. This schedule worked well for me, but now, that I'm done with it, I'm trying to decide what to do next in February.

What is everyone else doing?

Just committing to 5 workouts per week. I have made that my 2018 goal. So far so good.

I don't know. I will finish up my Jillian rotation, but after that I am pondering. Maybe kettlebells, Pilates, and rebounding. All new to me stuff.

So, I'm doing the Circuit Burnout 90 rotation with Monique St. Pierre, but I doubt I have the fortitude to last 90 days with her She's adorable, but I have so many dvds I want to get through. My collection is vast and I need to purge. I'll probably just do 30 days and then either do (1) a vintage rotation with Karen Voigh, Gin Miller, and Kathy Smith or (2) Jessica Smith. After that, I will do something a bit harder, like Cathe or Firm. I do plan on trying to do some pilates, kettlebells, and rebounding on the weekend.

Bubbles, could you please share how you like CB90 when you get to try all of the workouts? This has been going on and off of my wish list for a while.

I'd like to do Jillian's workouts at least 3x/week. Since it feels like I bought so darn many at Dollar Tree, I think I should use them. I also bought BodyShred at Marshall's, but I remember the previews looking scary at the time, so I might hold off on that one.

So I won't get tired of her, I'll throw in anyone else as the mood strikes. I'm sure I'll reach for Leslie or KCM.

I am sticking with my Leslie rotation, at least for the near future. It is easy for me to stay committed when I have no dread whatsoever.

I'm planning to do Fé Fit 28-Day Challenge, I just finished CLX, so I'm taking a break from the heavy weights.

I have this set. Maybe I should try it in February?

Me too, Gina. This is my rotation - on alternate days I do:

Short intense Leslie one mile plus a Margaret Richard Unplugged segment plus thirty minutes on the recumbent stationary bike at the gym later

A 2 mile Leslie in the morning and thirty minutes on the recumbent stationary bike at the gym in the afternoon

I feel great, I don't dread workouts and I have lost most of my 'pouch' without even trying! Just one day I looked in the mirror and it was almost gone
