Interesting. Also, I guess I haven't seen her in years. I barely recognized her in the Heartstone picture. The other pics on her site are how I remember her. Probably just s fluke.

I know.....the little girl singing is her daughter. It's very ethereal.....she is intriguing. I can't afford her though 😭 😩 😄

I love Tracy's workouts (the ones I've tried!) but her latest offerings are out of touch with her regular exercisers. My Mode was a great concept but so expensive! By the time you buy the equipment and then the monthly streaming and then have access to her My Mode offerings it is too much! And these heart stones... that's a lot!

She has lost touch with the exercisers she said she has wanted to help. Meta was to bring her method to more homes..... this makes it more exclusive.

MoFirmer, I agree! I like her concepts and innovations, but it's only for the elite!

I do still have most of her DVDs and do them here and there, but wow, all these streaming services by elite trainer are too expensive for the average person. I am so thankful and grateful for Ellen Barrett and her amazing workouts and her amazing prices for her monthly subscription and even her upcoming 3 hour workshop!

I can't decide who is more of a crackpot, Tracy Anderson or Gwyneth Paltrow. They are both wealthy, so I guess it's working well for them.
