These are great suggestions, plus I have 2 more. Element: Barre Conditioning with Sadie Lincoln has 2 30-min barre workouts in a beautiful setting. And Prevention's Love Your Lower Body set (also with Sadie Lincoln) has a 30-minute DVD called Total Body Blast. These, plus Flat Belly Barre and Standing Slim are my favorite barre routines and they are all moderate intensity.
