Amazon Marketplace Sellers

I posted this in GD, but I'll re-post here, too.

I got a 'BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED' copy of Great Weighted Workout which was nothing but a used, like new copy placed inside a piece of shrinkwrap that was removed from another DVD. The seller was aokmovies (also goes by aokmovies2)

I also got a 'USED - VERY GOOD' copy of Slim Physique which is actually beat to hell and all scratched up. The seller was Photo Finish.

You should report your experience to Amazon -- they have a guarantee that if you're not happy, you'll get your money back.

That stinks, F1mom!

I've have very good (knock on wood) experiences the the Amazon Marketplace. I did have a vendor send me a DVD-R recently and I asked for and received my money back. Amazon will step in of you don't get the correct product. They do want to you try and sort it out with the vendor first.
