Just got my Squeeze Stick...
 

...and I am NOT impressed! I expected it to be a lot nicer for $40!!! :mad:

Details. What don't you like about it?

I received mine today too.
It's ok. I like the shape of it, but it's not what I expected. It's very light weight and somewhat flimsy material.
I guess it's suppose to be light weight. :confused:
I do think it's overpriced.

Very poor quality IMO. The metal is flimsy and light. The foam seems like it could tear easily. There is like NO weight to it at all. I could have saved the money and used a stick or broom! Sure the shape is nice, but I would have rather saved the $ and improvise a bit.

Thanks for giving us your opinions, and I'm sorry you're not happy with it. I think I'll just stick with my Swiffer handle!

That's really sucky.I mean, i knew that she would probably NOT have it weighted because she didn't want weighted stuff, but I would have thought better quality to the"light" pole". does the curve thing at least make a difference?

Sorry you were disappointed, Adrien! As far as the weight goes, actually the stick supposedly weighs 3lbs, according to Tracy.

I have the same bar in purple which weighs 4lbs - it was part of the Escape Your Shape set, but I got it when it was discounted online somewhere for less than $20 and that included a bunch of other stuff besides the stick. I also have two 1.5lb weighted inserts that fit into the ends. They increase the weight to 7lbs total.

What a bummer. :(

Thanks for the heads up, VFers. I was already chafing at paying $15 for the Squeeze Down rotation and I'm still on the fence about that, but $40 for a stick when I can use my broom or Swiffer handle (thanks for that idea, Raphig!). Yeow!
